Use the app to generate QR codes for one-time or full-day visitor access.

1. I can’t log in

Use the phone number registered with your estate. Contact your estate admin if the issue persists.

2. My QR code isn’t scanning at the gate

Check that it hasn’t expired. For repeated issues, contact your estate admin.

3. Who can see my household information?

Only you and your estate administrators have access. Your data is protected under our privacy policy.
